Average cycle length (days)

Defaults to 28. Adjust if cycles run shorter or longer.

FSH (mIU/mL)

Most diagnostic on cycle days 2-4.

LH (mIU/mL)

Day 3 for PCOS screen, mid-cycle for surge detection.

Estradiol (pg/mL)

Phase-dependent. Day 3 should be 25-50 pg/mL.

Progesterone (ng/mL)

Diagnostic in mid-luteal phase (about 7 days post-ovulation).

Prolactin (ng/mL)

Phase-independent. Morning fasting draw preferred.
