Reserve Markers

AMH is the single most reliable ovarian reserve marker. Age-adjusted interpretation is essential. Combine with antral follicle count and day 3 FSH when available for the strongest assessment.

Cycle-day independent. To convert pmol/L to ng/mL, divide by 7.14.

Day 3 FSH (mIU/mL), optional

Adds context. Day 3 FSH above 10 confirms diminished reserve.

Antral follicle count (AFC), optional

Sum of follicles 2-10 mm across both ovaries via TVUS.
